WHAT OUR KINFOLK SAY ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE

I am so glad we connected on [with Buoyant] Threads as the Nima Market tour and cooking class with Ghana Food Movement was a major highlight of our trip. Being able to explore the market with Chef Ibiro was incredible. We learned about spices, medicinal treatments, and the history, culture, and politics of food in Ghana. Then we headed to The Kitchen to meet other members of the Ghana Food Movement team where they explained their inspiring vision and gave us a tour of their space. The cooking class with Chef Ibiro, using the fresh ingredients we picked up from the market, was truly special. The meal we cooked together was some of the best food we had during our time in Ghana.

All of us are excited to put what we learned there into practice in our own kitchens back at home. Truly a wow experience. I would recommend it to everyone going to Ghana.
