Buoyant’s in town for The New York Times Travel Show—let’s hang! We’re headed to the show all day and want to meet up with some cool Black travelers afterward. Join us for some tipsy travel talk.

In August 2019, we teamed up with our friends at Travel Eat Slay for #WalkTourBrunch. The meetup brought together London-based bloggers for a day of exploration in Shoreditch. From street art to an impromptu garden day party, we curated an experience that gave these travel-enthusiasts a taste of adventure without the flight.

In May 2019, Buoyant gathered Black travelers in Washington, D.C. for a day for travel stories, games, and community. We had a few drinks too. This event was a laid-back twist on our signature, More Than Miami event.

In March 2018, we gathered 40 travelers in Baltimore for the first event of our More Than Miami series. It was an evening of travel talks, virtual reality and connecting. Our panelists chatted about everything from cheap flight hacks to incorporating travel into your 9-5 life. It was an amazing evening full of community, Blackness, and travel— our favorite things.
