    We'll take the lead during the final three months of planning, coordinating your vendors, organizing the details, and managing the logistics. From final planning details to day-of coordination, we'll make sure everything comes together seamlessly.

    Designed for couples who have secured their venue, full-service caterer, and primary vendors.

    • Ongoing email support from the moment you sign

    • Onboarding meeting and access to your virtual wedding planning portal

    • Three months of wedding planning support and coordination

    • Two virtual planning meetings

    • Scheduled phone check-ins throughout the three-month planning period

    • Vendor communication, coordination, and contract review

    • Wedding day timeline development and review

    • Floor plan and guest seating assistance

    • On-site final walkthrough at your ceremony and reception venue

    • Final timeline distribution to vendors and wedding party

    • On-site wedding rehearsal coordination and collection of personal décor items

    • Wedding Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator on your wedding day

    • Personal décor setup and breakdown

    • Up to 10 hours of wedding day coverage

    • Additional wedding coordinator (required for weddings with more than 150 guests)
